In Sweden, the schools are closed one week in
February or March for a "Sports-vacation".

During this week, the European ski-resorts are packed with Swedish families!

This year, the Garpas family went to Cervinia in the Italian Alps.

March 1st

During the children's "Sport-vacation" the Niklasson family went to visit
our relatives in Varmland; Birgitta's sister Martha and her husband Lennart.

They own Argenta's Ulyssa and the mini schnauzer Lina.

Boel and Mikael took the opportunity to take long, nice walks in the big forests...

March 6th

Everyone who knows the history of the schnauzers,
knows that the breed was earlier used as rat catchers.
They were able to keep stables or farmyards clear of vermin.

The owners of Ch Argenta's Dulcinea can testify that some of the
"modern" schnauzers still got the skill!

"Mella" has this winter put four rats and a lot of mice out of their misery!
